Weightloss Wednesdays- Reaching a Goal

So last week I talked about the scales not being a true reflection and how deflated I was that I hadn't reached to goal that I set despite being 'good' and sticking to my points etc.

Well in contrast this week, I haven't been quite so strict. Not overly bad, just not tracking constantly.

And guess what??? I've only gone and lost 4.5lb therefore reaching the 3St goal I set for last week and more!

Now. just like with last week I am not taking this as Gospel, of course I'm delighted to see the numbers going down but I wanted to celebrate my Non Scale Victories more.

This week's Non Scale Victory was from Friday Night.
I went out with some friends from work and I felt the most confident I had in a long time. I felt like I looked good and I didn't keep my cardi on all night!

So the moral of today's story is pretty similar to last week only with the positivity of a loss in the scales Haha!
