Autumn Nails- OPI Guys and Galaxies

Well hello there, long time no blog!!!

I just thought I'd show you a little Nail Polish I've been loving and some base and top coat products I've been trying too.

I got sent these items from and thought I'd like to share them with you.

The Base coat is one I'd never heard of before; 'Nail apothecary 04 Tough Flex Base Coat' from Elegant Touch. It went on really smooth and dried really quick and best of all it protected my nails from any staining- what more could you want?

The Top coat is the critically acclaimed 'Seche Vite Fast Frying Top Coat'. I had never tried it before (I KNOW!!) and it truly is fab. I've been using the 'Poshe Fast Drying Topcoat' for ages but this really does beat it hands down. It is shiny, feels hard and strong and lasts well, even when I used bleach wipes to clean down my kitchen surfaces with no gloves (silly cow!).

The nail polish itself is a gorgeous deep red-based plum, perfect Autumn/Winter colour and looks classy and Vampy (mind the terrible application, I'm out of practice!)
It is a cream formula,  so no shimmer. It was opaque after 2 coats and lasted well under the Seche Vite.

I love OPI polishes and at you can get some fab colours cheaper than other places so I'll be investing in some more before the year is out.

So there you go. My little Nail polish love of the moment.

I've been feeling blogally uninspired of late so let me know what you'd like to see from me!
