Fat Fighting Update- OMG!

Hi all,

So this week has been a bit up and down. I was toddling along all week counting my points and BAM! Saturday hit and I got the flu. Saturday day time I went out with Matthew and had a couple of pints but I started feeling worse and then we went home and I decided that I'd get a Dominos (as you do!). I thought bugger it, if I STS or put on this week, I'll be good next week

Sunday I woke up even more sick, by this time I had lost my appetite, nausea set in and the only thing I could manage was Lucozade and crisps lol healthy diet.
Yesterday was the same no appetite but managed to force some of the fattiest things I could find down for some energy.





I woke up this morning, still feeling sick, bloated etc and dreaded stepping on the scales, so with trepidation I did and guess what.....
I only flipping went and lost 5lb!!!!!

Now before we start to celebrate- I know it's down to being unwell (hence the preface) and I fully expect to not lose next week but this is what -5lb means to me..

*I'm down to the next stone off and in the next stone bracket
*It's the most I've ever lost whilst dieting
*It's a massive step in the right Direction.

This week has definitely been walking a bit more without feeling like I was either going to die or my leg was hurting like crazy (from the break)
Also I fitted comfortably into a dress (below) that previously clung to me.

Foodie Find of the week


Now this one is definitely not without sin but... it is something that I go to now for convenience.
It's the Greggs Chicken and Bacon layered salad. Now I know there are far more virtuous salad's out there but in Leeds there is a Greggs on every blooming corner (well slight exaggeration but you get my drift) and if someone wants to go to greggs now I know that there  is something I can have that is tasty, filling and not too unhealthy. Oh and it's 6PP or 210 calories for those non WW types!

Goals 


*-1lb next week (I can try)
*-10lb by last week in June (for my friend's wedding)
