Superdrug Haul- Maybelline, B skincare and more..

Hey all,

I feel like I've been neglecting my ickle blog this week. A few things have been going on and as you know I launched my YouTube channel too. But fear not peeps I am here with a lovely haul post to whet your appetite for some reviews that lay for the week ahead.

So less of my jibber jabbering. let me show you what I got.

Would you just look at that beauty porn!!!

I have used a few of the items so I'll let you know how I've got on so far.

Olay Gentle cleanser Cleansing Milk - £2.99 (currently halfprice at £1.48 grr)

This was a repurchase. It's a no frills cleansing milk that I use to take my makeup off. I have quite sensitive combination skin and this works for me. It's a really good price and lasts a good while.

B Skincare Micellar Water- £4.99 (on offer half price £2.47)

This is another repurchase. You would have seen it in my Feb Favourites post. It's gentle, it works. I use it after the cleanser above if I'm wearing a lot of makeup or I tend to use it alone in the mornings. It doesn't irritate my skin, it cleans well and doesn't break me out so I definitely had to snap up another bottle.

B Clean Melting Gel Cleanser- £6.99 (halfprice at £3.47)

Now this was new to me. I'd heared people like AineBeauty (have a look at her page click her name it's magic wooo) talking about cleansing balms and oils etc and I wanted to give something like this a go. At time of writing this, I've only used this once. First impressions are; it was strange going on, it came out as a gel but melted into an oil, it left my skin feeling smooth and looking clean but I woke up this morning with a couple of wee spots so I'm not sure. I'll update you when I use it a bit more and see how I get on.

B.Nourished Night Serum- £9.99 (halfprice £4.47)

Are you sensing a theme yet?? It was halfprice ok?? (haha) So I have the day cream and like it but I was using it at night. I thought I'd give this a go at night. I've used it once, it was thinner than I thought it would be but it seemed to leave my skin soft. Again I'll update you more as I go along.

Garnier Skin Naturals Clean & Fresh Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover for Sensitive Eyes- £3 from Here - Asda

Does what it says on the tin, removes eyemakeup, is gentle, hasn't left me blind yet so it's all good.

Superdrug Naturally Radient, Brightening Eye Cream- £2.99

I've been considering an eye cream for a while as I tend to get quite dry under my eyes and I get dark circles. I saw this, it was inexpensive so I thought why not. I've been using it for a couple of days now and it seems to be Ok, nothing fancy. Tt's helped with the dryness and it doesn't sting or hurt. For the price, it's doing it's job.

Now for the Makeup ....

Maybelline Colour Sensational Vivids in Hot Plum- £6.99

I have another one of these lipsticks but I saw this shade on someone and loved it. The lipstick itself is not drying on the lips, it's got a good coverage and this colour is class! I love the pinky purple cool tones of this and i think it's my new favourite.

MUA Matte Lipstick in Wild Berry- £1

When I first got this and looked at the bullet it scared the bejesus out of me! But when I swatched it and put it on my lips it is actually quite a sheer, but lovely berry colour. It does take quite a few swipes of it round your gob to make it as opaque as i like but it is nice. I've got another couple of these so I'll do a more full review during the week. (are you excited are ya are ya???)

Maybelline Colour Tatoo Eyeshadow in On&On Bronze and Eternal Gold- £4.99 each

I've been a bit late to the party with these bad boys. Beauty bloggers everywhere have been using these and raving about them for ever and a day. My first impressions are that they are lovely colours, great pigmentation and they wear well, I've only worn them once each so i'll reserve full judgement untill I play with them a bit more.

So there you have it, My (not so) little haul. I hope you like it or that it's given you the desire to go treat yourself! Have you been shopping recently? Let me know in the comments or leave me links to your blogs.
